PartyGaming To Limit Marketing In Northern Europe

Party Gaming, the company that owns Party Poker, will limit its offline marketing in the Netherlands and Scandinavia. The company believes those countries have become increasingly hostile to online gambling and does not want to antagonize them through offline marketing specifically targeting those countries.

For players resident in those countries, nothing has changed at the moment. Party Poker has plans to translate its software into more languages and offer gameplay in more currencies, though it's likely Party will not be localizing its software for the Netherlands and Scandinavia after this announcement.

Party Poker does not accept real-money players from the United States.
